CONSULTATION
We would set up an in person or over the phone consultation to discuss what type of portrait session you would like.
We talk about location, the subject matter and how you plan to use your finished portraits.
We also go over a price range and if in person you will be able to see the samples I have available. If we are a good fit we move on to booking.
Booking
Once dates, times, session type and ideas for the session is discussed I will send you a contract and an invoice for your sitting fee.
{Your sitting fee is non refundable}
The sitting fee covers your session, consultation, your ordering appointment and use of the client closet/props/drops.
When the contract and invoice is paid I will reserve your session time slot for you.
Session day
On the day of your session I will meet with you and we will have fun!
This is why I collect the sitting fee in full to insure that up to that point we have everything organized and completed.
There are 2 options for ordering appointments. Online and or in person.
I prefer ordering appointments in person so you can independently review and select the images you love from a very simple and user friendly app on our iPad.
If you chose to order online I utilize zoom and I will have a live view of the entire screen.
Once your selection and order is finalized I will take payment. I am currently allowing payment plans but this option will delay editing and producing your products.
I also suggest that clients do prepayment plans. I discount the sitting fee if you pre select the middle or the upper collection.
Another great option is applying for Klarna.
Use my invite link and get $30. https://invite.klarna.com/us/93e8cuni/default-us
ORDERING APPOINTMENT
DIGITAL/PRODUCT DELIVERY
Once your images are edited and or products are ready I will contact you and we will meet or I will deliver the product orders. {out of state clients orders will be mailed}
Digital products will be uploaded and a link will be provided to you that will be good for up to 10 years. This is where you are able download your images.
{ I would not suggest you order anything from the generic print options via the gallery}
